How do I determine my correct size?
Our footwear generally runs true to size. However, for our velvet slippers and pointed-toe mules, we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
How should I care for my velvet or satin shoes?
To maintain the beauty of your shoes, we recommend avoiding contact with water and abrasive surfaces. Use a soft, dry cloth or a dedicated fabric brush to gently remove surface dust. Store them in the provided dust bags when not in use.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that the protective film on the soles must not be removed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer care team immediately. Once an order has reached the shipping stage, we are unable to make further modifications.
